THE VICTIM WAS IN THE PROCESS OF DUMPING HIS LOADED TEREX TRUCK AT THE WAST DUMP. THE TRUCK TRAVELLED OVER THE EDGE AND THE DRIVER WAS FOUND PINNED UNDER THE LEFT FRONT TIRE.
