EMPLLOYEE WAS FOUND INW ATER NEXT TO DREDGE, WITH LIFE JACKET ON. SITUATION BEING INVESTIGATED. EMPLOYEE HAD 27 YEARS EXPERIENCE OPERATING YARDERS AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT IN LOGGING INDUSTRY,, SMILIAR TO OEPRATING WINCHS ON DREDGE. EMLOYEE WS KNOWN TO HAVE DIABETES.
