THE EE ENTERED THE SECURED AREA WITH THE CONVEYOR RUNNING. HE WAS WEARING LOOSE CLOTHING WHICH APPARENTLY BECAME TANGLE IN THE TAIL PULLEY WHICH THEN PULLED HIM ONTO THE CONVEYOR AND HE WAS WE DGE BETWEEN THE CONVEYOR BELT AND TENSION IDLER RESULTING IN HIS DEATH.
