EE, SECTION FOREMAN TRAVELED UP TO THE TWIN HEAD ROOF BOLTER, WHICH WAS IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING ROOF SUPPORT. HE THEN WENT INBY THE ATRS AND A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK STRUCK HIM.
