Hardrives Inc · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

Employee was adjusting a scraper bar on a conveyor while it was running. Conveyor grabbed scraper bar and left middle finger was caught between conveyor and scraper bar. Severe laceration to left middle finger requiring surgery and removal of finger tip at first knuckle.
