Employee climbing inside rock crushing feeder to assist putting chain around stuck boulder, lost footing & fell into feeder. Another employee in feeder grabbed him & helped break his fall. Employee taken to ER & x-rays taken. Released with pain meds & no broken bones, bruises & strain to lumbar & side. Later visit to dr. on 6/21, x-rays showed back contusion & rib fractures.

Employee was welding on wing; received a welding flash burn to his eyes.
Employee moved the metal steps to the lab trailer away from the trailer to paint. He went inside the trailer and came out after a while and forgot that the steps were pulled away from the trailer and stepped out and fell between the trailer and the steps. He received a laceration to his left shin from hitting his shin against the metal steps.
