Rock was lodged inside cone crusher. Employee got inside cone crusher and was twisted around to grab a rock. While pulling at a rock his back made a popping sound. Emploee was treated at local clinc; was diagnosed with a pulled muscle.

Employee was assisting in removing the bushings from the bucket of the excavator (changing over to the hammer) and he cut his right index finger requiring 5 stitches.

Employee was cleaning the head box at the scalping screen and the bar slipped out of the employee's hand, hit the handrail, and fell to the ground striking the employee on the ground on the right ear. Employee required 6 stitches.
