Cutting metal - piece got in employee's eye. Doctor picked out 2 small pieces out of employee's eye. Came back to work on Monday.

P & R LLC · Fall down stairs

He fell backwards walking up stairs into a storage room about 4ft high. There are hand rails present. He claimed he hurt his leg and could not move it. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance and they released him about an hour later. The hospital said he would be able to return back to work 8/30/2013
