INJURED (A CUSTOMER) CAME INTO PLANT TO BUY STONE.HE LOADED HIS OWN TRUCK THEN CAME TO SCALES TO PAY FOR STONE.THE SCALE CLERK SAID HE TOLD HER IT WAS CHARGED TO GA GAS THEN JUST FELL OVER SHE (THE SALE CLERK) CALLED THE AMBULANCE.THEN CAME AND WORKED WITH HIM FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES THEN TOOK HIM TO HOSPITAL.INJURED WAS HAULING STONE FOR JOB OFF MINE PROPERTY.
