EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING UNDER A MACK TRUCK. AFTER HE INSTALLED THE POWER TAKE-OFF DRIVE SHAFT HE WAS ROLLING OUT FROM UNDER THE TRUCK WHEN HIS ARM HIT THE BLEEDER-VLAVE ON THE AIR TANK. AIR, WA TER, AND OIL MIXTURE SPRAYED IN HIS FACE AND EYES.
