Employee was assisting shop welder with hydraulic hammer housing being repaired. Employee used overhead crane to lift one end of hammer housing to enable cleaning and new seal prep. A lifting eye that was tack-welded to the end of the housing, broke free causing the hammer housing to fall to the floor and crush the employee's toes. Employee was wearing safety toed shoes.

Changing oil under a loader on the gravel when he put left knee down on a rock. He thought that the knee would get better. He had problems off and on and then went in and found out that it was prepatellar bursitis and had to have surgery. Had surgery on Feb. 9th. I'm not sure if this falls under occupational or not?
