The injury occurred at the Mechanics shop. The wind was blowing hard & blew a piece of metal into EE's left eye. He immediately washed out his eye. Emergency doctor referred him to the opthamalogist on 04/25/05. On 04/25/05 a piece of metal was found imbedded in his left eye and was surgically removed. He returned to work on 04/26/05.

THE INJURY OCCURED USING A COME-ALONG TO PULL A PIPE THAT HAD BEEN CUT, WHEN THE PIPE FLEW BACKWARDS AND PINNED THE RIGHT LEG BETWEEN THE CUT PIPE & ANOTHER PIPE. THE LEG WAS CUT & APPEARED TO HAVE EXTREME BRUISING AS A BUMP THE SIZE OF A SOFT BALL FORMED VERY QUICKLY.

WORKING IN THE PLANT WELDING SHOP. THE CUTTING TORCH RAKED ACROSS THE LEFT GLOVED HAND AND PENETRATED THE GLOVE. THE INNER LINNING OF THE GLOVE WAS BURNED TO THE HAND.
