EMPLOYEE WAS EXITING THE SKIDSTEER & DIDN'T TURN OFF THE EQUIPMENT; HE PLACED HIS LEFT FOOT ON THE FRAME AND AS HE WAS REMOVING HIS RIGHT FOOT, HE TOUCHED THE ACTUATOR PEDAL CAUSING THE BUCKET TO TILT BACK AND COMPRESS HIS LEFT FOOT. HE KNOWS HE SHOULD HAVE TURNED THE SKIDSTEER OFF PRIOR TO EXITING BUT SAID HE HAD LEFT THE HOOD ON THE ENGINE OPEN AND WAS STEPPING OUT TO CLOSE IT.
