Employee was in front of the dragline and using a come along strap on the skid steer and it broke and the strap hook hit the employee.

Operator was cleaning out from around the 89 conveyor when EE accidently hit the conveyor with the loader. There was no injuries.

Plant operator had made repairs to the main feeder and was in process of putting the guard back on and jammed hand against the feeder and guard scraping knuckles and took a chunk of skin off the knuckle. Operator cleaned up the wound bandaged it and kept working.
