THE SCOOP OPERATOR RAN OVER A LARGE BLOCK OF COAL AND THE SCOOP RAISED UP OFF THE BOTTOM CAUSING THE SCOOP OPERATOR TO GET HIS HEAD INTO THE TOP. CUTTING THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS HEAD OVER HIS L EFT EYE.
