MACHINERY
A ROCK APPROX 2' IN DIAMETER FELL FROM HIGHWALL FROM AOBUT 25' UP. THE ROCK LANDE DON THE DRU STIKE PILE & EXPLODED INTO MANY PIECES. ONE CHUNK HIT SWINGMAN IN THE BACK AND ONE CHUNK HIT ON BACK OF ELBOW. MINER MADE TRIP TO E.M. AT HOSPITAL & WAS CHECKED FOR OTHE RINJURIES. SEEN DR NEXT DAY AND RETUR TO WORK ON LIGHT DUTY THE NEXT DAY. MINER RELEASED FROM DR 'S CARE.
