INJURED PARTY WAS IN SCOOP BUCKET HEADING TO THE FACE. HIS FOOT WAS HANGING ON THE EDGE OF THE BUCKET WHEN THE SCOOP WENT OVER A ROLL, CAUSING THE EDGE OF THE BUCKET TO STRIKE THE TOP. THE RIG HT FOOT WAS PINNED CAUSING A FRACTURE.
