EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO PUT A PUSH ARM IN A DOZER. EMPLOYEE WAS HITTING A PIN WITH A HAMMER WHEN A PIECE OF METAL FLEW UP STRIKING EMPLOYEE IN THE LEFT EYE. SUBSEQUENTLY, SURGERY WAS REQUIR ED TO REMOVE THE PIECE OF METAL FROM THE LEFT EYE.
