EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A LOADER AND THE MAIN HYDRAULIC HOSE BLEW UP CAUSING THE BOOM, WHICH WAS LOADED WITH ROCK, TO TRAVEL TO THE GROUND AT A FAST RATE OF SPEED CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO STRAIN HIS BACK.
