WHILE UNLOADING A 55 GAL. DRUM OF WATER FROM THE BED OF A PICKUP TRUCK, THE EMPLOYEE PULLED THE DRUM OFF THE TAILGATE ONTO THE GROUND. AS THE DRUM HIT THE GROUND, IT FELL OVER STRIKING THE EMP LOYEE ON THE LOWER PART OF HIS LEG RESULTING IN A FRACTURE.
