After performing repairs on the crusher, a miner experienced severe pain and consequent numbness in his legs. The doctor determined it to be an aggravated sciatic nerve.

Unknown operator · Fall from ladders

Injury occurred with a person assisting in control booth. Two persons secured ladder which extended 3 ft past floor of booth. Person stepped out of booth missing ladder and fell 8 to 9 ft to ground. Injuries include, shattered elbow, hip socket went through joint causing the sacrum and pelvic to break, one vertabre in back fractured.
