While loading the power screen EE's thumb caught between the railroad tie and the power screen. This resulted in the separation of the tip of EE's thumb.

Struck by flying object
The belt on the power screen was stuck. While trying to free the belt it came loose causing the fastener holding the belts together to fly free and cut employee's upper left leg.
