EE was troubleshooting a cement silo for an obstruction that was causing issues in the feed auger at the remix plant. EE used the electric motor to cycle the auger forward and in reverse to try to free the obstruction. On the third attempt, the motor mount broke, allowing the motor to rotate. As the motor rotated, the small electrical ""J"" box struck the employee's leg.
