EE WAS WALKING ON BORKEN CONCRETE. HE STEPPED ON WIRE PROTRUDING FROM CONCRETE. THE WIRE WENT THRU BOOT CAUSING PUNCTURE IN LEFT FOOT. MEDICAL SERVICES, INCLUDING TETANUS SHOT WERE ADMINSTERED . EE INSTRUCTED TO STAY HOME UNTIL 9-19-01 WENT TO 2ND DR 9-19-01.
