WHILE LOADING SCRAP METAL IN A TRAILER I NAME WAS ON A LADDER TO UNHOOK A CHAIN A PIECE OF SCRAP IRON WAS STILL IN THE BUCKET OF THE LOADER AND SLIPPED OUT AND KNOCKED HIM TO THE GROUND.
