EE and co-worker were working on the 977 removing a bolt off the frame. The wrench broke and hit EE in the forehead between the eyes.

EE WAS REMOVING THE RADIATOR GUARD ON THE 977K TRACK LOADER TO REMOVE DIRT COLLECTED BETWEEN THE RADIATOR AND THE GUARD. HE WAS HOLDING THE RADIATOR GUARD WITH HIS LT. HAND AND REMOVED THE LA ST BOLT WITH HIS RT. HAND. THE GUARD SLIPPED OUTOF HIS HAND CUTTING THE TIP OF HIS FINGER.(BETWEEN THE BRACE AND GUARD.)
