During rebuilding of Mill #2, EE was inside the mill performing maintenance. He was tightening a bolt and using his right knee to brace his body to push the bar tightening the bolt. When he finished he said his knee felt like he had strained or pulled something in it. He continued working and had no loss time until his surgery on October 8, 2012.
