River Bend Materials LLC · Fall from ladders

Step ladder was set up under return roller in need of repair. EE stepped onto second step, with left hand on ladder reached with right hand to push roller back into place. One side of ladder sunk at once resulting in loss of balance and fall of approx.22 inches. EE believes foot got caught between steps during fall. Resulting in fractures of right ankle and foot.
