Contractor tire tech came in contact with rock ejector and it struck tech in ribs resulting in broken ribs.

Boom came in contact with rock knocker and rock knocker struck EE in EE's left side ribs. Resulting in broken ribs.

Miner was using a punch and hammer to remove a bolt in a screen cloth. A piece of metal went through the miner's glove and imbedded in left hand.

Haul truck was ascending the ramp from the pit to the feeder. Forward motion stopped and the truck traveled backward into the berm. It laid over on the right-hand side. The operator hit shoulder during incident.

Re-installing window into rubber moulding, knife slipped and cut right index finger.

Changing leaf spring on truck, his finger was pinched between spring and frame of truck. Laceration to right little finger requiring one suture.

Holding punch with left hand--missed punch and hit left index finger with hammer causing laceration to left index finger.

EE was working in shop next to another who was grinding and a piece of slag got into his eye.
