EE was walking back to truck when EE stumbled and twisted knee on uneven terrain resulting in Restricted Work Duty and physical therapy.

Employee was disconnecting dredge pipe on the shoreline. Employee was standing next to pipe removing the last bolt from the flange. When bolt was removed the pipe shifted and struck the employee in the lower leg causing contusion.

Employees moved snow off of a concrete pad and it exposed Ice underneath the snow. Employee was heading to use the skid loader to spread out some sand to cover the Ice for traction and to help melt the ice. Employee walked across the ice to go get the loader and slipped and fell on his right shoulder.

working on the water pipeline EE kneeled down and ""tweaked"" he knee. the ground condition appeared to have some oversize material 2""-4"" rock.

EE was replacing impeller & pumpshell on dredge. Was turning impeller by hand to reach bolts and cut back of hand on edge of pumpshell.

Employee was using a pry bar to assist in assembling the chain on a dredge ladder. As he was prying he slipped on the ice, landing on his buttocks.

WHILE UTILIZING A 3/4"" RATCHET CUM-A-LONG TO MOVE A 12"" DIAMETER, 15' LONG PIPE, EE INCURRED AN UMBILICAL HERNIATION. THE INJURY WAS REALIZED THE FOLLOWING DAY. WAS REPORTED THE FOLLOWING WORK DAYS 11-26-01. EE HAS NOT LOST TIME YET BUT IS DUE TO HAVE A SURGICAL PROCEDURE ON 12-6-01 THAT MAY RESULT IN LOST TIME FROM WORK.
