The employee was loading holes on 1/4/24. Conditions were muddy and icy. They stepped off a rock and felt discomfort in left knee but continued to work and didn't go to the doctor. After extended rest, the knee was still bothering them months later. They went to the doctor on 3/7/24 and was off for 7 days.
