Struck by flying object

Injured was repairing a damaged conveyor support leg. EE was using a cutting torch and when they cut the second support leg it sprang back striking the right hand/wrist. EE sought medical treatment. X-rays were taken, there was no fracture, dislocation, bone erosion or destruction. EE was give a splint for the hand/wrist and released to return to work.

Employee was cutting a bolt with a cutting torch when a piece of hot metal fell from the cutting surface and went inside his boot burning a place on his left lower shin.

EMPLOYEE WAS STEPPING FROM HAUL TRUCK TO CATWALK AT SECONDARY PLANT WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE FELL ONTO HIS BACK.

EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OUT OF HIS TRUCK TO EMPTY HIS BIN. HE WENT TO STEP OUT ON THE WALKWAY WHEN HIS RIGHT FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL. HE CAUGHT HIS FALL WITH HIS HANDS.
