EE WAS OPERATING A COMEALONG, EE MASHED HIS RIGHTTHUMB WITH THE HANDLE OF THE COMEALONG. EE RECEIVED LACERATIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF HIS RIGHT THUMB. EE WAS SENT TO THE LEATHERWOOD/BLACKLEY CLINI C. WHERE HE RECEIVED THREE SUTURES TO THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS RIGHT THUMB. EE RETURNED TO WORK THE SAME DATE 8-10-99.
