EMPLOYEE WAS BACKING UP AN INCLINE GRADE. HE CUT HIS WHEEL TOWARD THE EDGE OF THE ROADWAY CAUSING THE TRUCK TO TURN OVER. THE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A SEAT BELT AND THEREFORE DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY SEVERE INJURIES.
