EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING INTO THE CAB OF A D9N DOZER WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL BACKWARDS. HIS LEFT LEG WENT BETWEEN THE TRACK AND PUSHARM, THE REST OF HIS BODY CONTINUED TO FALL. HE PULLED THE LIGAMENTS AND TENDONS IN LEFT KNEE LOOSE.
