EE WAS AT THE OUTBY END OF A BELT TAILPIECE SHOVELING. A ROCK (ABOUT 30 LBS) CAME OVER THE DRIVE LANDING ON THE TAILPIECE, THEN ROLLING OFF IT HIT HIM IN THE SIDE. WHILE TRYING TO MOVE AWAY, H E TWISTED HIS KNEE.

EE WAS HOOKING UP A PULL CHAIN TO A ROLL OF BELT. HE INSTRUCTED THE SCOOP OPERATOR TO PULL IT. EMPLOYEE'S FINGER GOT CAUGHT IN THE CHAIN REMOVING THE END OF HIS FINGER IN THE ACCIDENT.
