Struck by falling object

Employee was attempting reposition a ceramic shoot for reassembly of the lid covers. The employee kicked the chute causing damage to the metal clamp that secured the shoot onto the piping that ran from over head. This allowed the chute to fall striking the employee on the right leg. Employee was examined at the local hospital and placed on light duty.

Employee was operating loader on haulroad to spread gravel when he drove over a rough patch in the road making the loader bounce. When this happened, the employee felt a sharp pain in his upper back area.
