WE WERE REVERSING FEEDER AND THE EMPLOYEE BUMPEDTHE SWITCH WITH HIS BACK WHILE HAVING HIS HAND ON THE V-BELTS. RING FINGER ON RIGHT HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN BELT AND PULLEY CUTTING HIS FINGER.
