VICTIM STOPPED DOZER AND WALKED OUT ONTO TRACK. HIS FOOT WENT BETWEEN TRACK AND PUSH ARM, BRUISING HIS RT LEG AND SPRAINING HIS LOWER BACK. DR. ORDERED VICTIM OFF FOR 3 DAYS.
