INJURED PARTY SAID LOADER MAN PUT A LARGE ROCK ON THE TRUCK, AS THE LOADER WAS BACKING AWAY THE ROCK SHIFTED WHICH IN TURN SHOOK THE DRIVER. HE SAID IT HURT HIS NECK & LT. ARM.
