LOADER BACKED INTO TRUCK CAUSING FOREMAN TO BE THROWN ACROSS INTERIOR OF PICK-UP TRUCK, STRIKING OPPOSIRE DOOR. ACCIDENT CAUSED TRAUMA AND BRUISING TO HIP, LEG, AND BACK OF FOREMAN.
