EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO CHANGE A BOOM SWING JACK ON A CUTTER. HE PICKED UP THE SLEEVE TO THE JACK AND TURNED AROUND TO LAY IT DOWN AND STATED THAT HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
