There was no known event that caused an injury. the employee went to their own doctors because they thought they had appendicitis and turned out to be a hernia that was later determined by the doctors to be work related.

While installing the guard on the motor on new screen deck with another employee the tip of the right middle finger was crushed and fractured.

While removing the old Benshaw soft start, the soft start cabinet tipped into an 8 foot florescent light causing it to shatter and fall and cut one of maintenance personal resulting in stitches.
