An employee was on the dredge replacing the bolts for the cutter head coupling. The coupling slipped and severed the tip of EE's middle finger of the left hand.

Employee was cleaning off a catwalk with a hose, and knelt on the catwalk, with EE's left knee resting on a approximately 3/4"" size stone. This resulted in swelling, which was later diagnosed as bursitis.

Hit hand while working on dredge

Pulling pipe and strained right shoulder.

Stepped off tugboat to dredge and stepped on chain.

EE was changing trough idlers on stack and strained low back.

EE was walking to get time cards from the time clock and when turned around to come back, EE tripped over the flower bed landing on left knee.

Employee holding onto 3/4 cable, to keep it from going into water.

Employee twisted ankle when stepping on a rock, walking to the Dry Feed Bin.

Employee pulling up on Dredge: pin slipped out of hole hitting Employees left hand/wrist.

Stepping down from dredge and struck self with knife which he was carrying.Sustained laceration requiring 4 stitches.

Employee struck in face.

Hose used to wash scale came apart and clamp cut employee's left hand, requiring medical treatment.

EE was welding pipes and felt pain in his low back.

Employee slipped and fell onto deck and injured left shoulder.

Employee strained low back while lifting drums onto dredge.

Employee pinched finger between steel pieces taking some skin off of left pinkie finger.

Employee was pulling on pipe and strained left shoulder and back.

Bin conveyor toppled over while employees were lifting off of tractor, landing on employee's left leg.

Emp bent down to pick up a digging bar and backhoe operator didn't see him, swinging bucket around hitting him in lower back.

Employee was dragging hose from under plant over to stacker to wash sand from under tail pulley and strained lower back

Greasing loader, slipped on tire and fell, hitting right arm on boom.

Working on pump, putting impeller on shaft. Turning belts by hand finger caught in pully.

EMPLOYEE WAS FIXING PIPE AT BOOSTER PUMP. BACKHOE OPERATOR SWUNG TO THE RIGHT; THE BUCKET DID NOT STOP. IT HIT HIS HAND AND ELBOW.

WALKING OUT TO CHECK OUT SWING BUCKET. RAINING & HE SLIPPED INTO RUT.
