EMP ALLEGES THAT AS A RESU LT OF THROWING ROCK AND DEBRIS OFF PICKING BELT THAT WOULD BE TOO LARGE TO GO THROUGH THE 8" OPENING IN THE G RIZZLY HE GOT A SORE BACK. EMP COMPLAINED DURING DAY THAT IT WAS HAZARDOUS WORK BECAUSE OF STEADY RAIN, EMP COMPLAINED AT QUTTING TIME THAT HIS BACK WAS SORE, HE CALLED IN THE NEXT MORNING AND SAID HIS BACK WAS SORE AND HE WOULDNT BE OUT TO WORK
