EMP COMPLAINED DURING DAY THAT IT WAS HAZARDOUS WORK BECAUSE OF STEADY RAIN, EMP COMPLAINED AT QUTTING TIME THAT HIS BACK WAS SORE, HE CALLED IN THE NEXT MORNING AND SAID HIS BACK WAS SORE AND HE WOULDNT BE OUT TO WORK
