While monitoring plant operation, object was seen on a conveyor. Went to remove a piece of steel off belt. Steel cut finger. Laceration of left index finger. Transported to ER.

EMPLOYEE WAS DOING REPAIR WORK ON CRUSHER (LIPPMAN DUALKING). HE WAS LOOSENING THE JAW BOLTS WITH A WRENCH WHEN THE BOLT RELEASED HE HAD TOO MUCH FORCE AND STRUCK HIS RIGHT RING FINGER ON A ST EEL OBJECT.
