While monitoring plant operation, object was seen on a conveyor. Went to remove a piece of steel off belt. Steel cut finger. Laceration of left index finger. Transported to ER.

HE WAS WALKING ON CONVEYOR. THE CONVEYOR BELT SUDDENLY ROLLED BACKWARDS A LITTLE BIT AND EE S FEET WENT OUT FROM UNDER HIM. HE FELL DOWN AND LANDED ON HIS BACK ON A STEEL FRAME FOR THE CONVEYO R. HE TOLD ME THAT HE HURT HIS BACK A LITTLE BUTHE WAS OK. THE NEXT MORNING HE COULD NOT MOVE SO I HAD HIM GO AND GET CHECKED BY A DR.
