Cutting flashing with a utility knife slipped and cut their knuckle.

Fall from scaffolds, walkways, platforms

The injury occurred when the worker fell off a 1 step platform that EE was standing on while bolting on the left front fender. The worker did not seek medical treatment because EE thought the injury was minor and go away.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

Employee bent over to pick up a hose nozzle. (was going to wash out under the twin sand screw on the wash plant) and experienced a hot burning sensation across his lower back. He then had difficulty standing up straight an D had to pull himself up.

Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee unlocked the tool trailers, set the lock down on the top step, went inside, gathered up the tools he needed and upon exiting the trailer stepped on the lock that was laying on the top step. Result - twisted left ankle, hyper-extention of left arm, contusion on forehead, glasses pushed up against head resulting in minor scratches.

Moving material from under the radial stacker with shovel, when he pulled the shovel back he felt a sharp pain in lower left back.

Welders burn irritated eye-employee was in an area where welding was being done and he got ""flashback""

Contact with heat

EE was instructed to take a break because he appeared overheated. EE was taking break when he began cramping & unable to stand. He called for assistance on radio, other EE's came to aid & called ambulance. Taken to hospital, put on IV fluids & released several hrs & cleared to ret to work next day.

EE was using cutting torches yo cut tail - pulley that goes to VSI. After he was done cutting, he pulled the tail pulley while it was still loose, it gave away and came back up over his gloves burning his left forearm.

WHEN LIFTING 5 GALLON BUCKETS OF OIL WHILE CHANGING OIL IN EQUIPMENT, EE FELT SOMETHING POP IN HIS BACK, BUT WASN'T IN ANY PAIN RIGHT AWAY. GRADUALLY THE PAIN HAS BECOME MUCH WORSE.

Struck against a moving object

WHILE DRIVING THE LOADER IN THE GRAVEL PIT, EMPLOYEE HIT A HOLE WHICH JARRED HIS HAND/ARM, JERKING HIM AROUND IN THE CAB OF THE LOADER.
