Kingdom Gravel & Aggregate Inc · Fall from machine

The crew was performing a screen change on our K300 Cone Crusher. While exiting the manufacturers platform onto the factory installed ladder employee missed the second step down from the top of the ladder, lost grip on the factory installed handrail and fell to the ground. They landed on their back and left side.
