Accident type, without injuries
On Oct 2, 2019 we had a washout of a dike holding back our silt due to rain on Oct 1, 2019 and on Oct 2, 2019 with all the rain we had the 2 days on. Prior we had to shut down the wash plant at 15:00 on Oct 2, 2019. Sometime that evening/night the water level rose too high and started to run over bank, the rain continued and eventually washed out dike.
